Podstrana
Podstrana is an interesting area of Mediterranean climate, with cultural and historical heritage and rich tradition in the pulsing with the rhythm of modern life, situated on the picturesque ecologically preserved eastern Split-Dalmatia County, 8 km near Split. Facing the sea, it spreads below 533 m high hill Perun, longitudinally following 6-km long indented coastline. Residents of Podstrana are inheriting the area of natural beauty, mild climate and picturesque landscape.On gentle slopes towards the sea, lined are wreaths of olive trees, stone walls of vineyards and peach plantations, surrounded by wild vegetation and underbrush and bushes of yellow broom. Near Split, Podstrana developed as an elite suburb, an attractive tourist destination, a place of smiling and courteous people.
Family CarOur family house is situated on the coast, in the area of St. Martin, only 5 m away from the family beach and 15 m from the main beach in St. Martin. Our family has traditionally for generations been engaged in ecological farming and selling fruit: peaches, grapes, apricots, various vegetables and olive oil. We produce white wine, brandy and olive oil.
