AccommodationFor accommodation of our guests, in our offer we have 2 apartments per 50 m2 directly on the beach. On the 1st floor of the house we have 4 apartments and one bedroom. Two apartments near the sea and 2 on the first floor can accommodate 2 +1 persons, whereas the remaining 2 apartments on the first floor can receive 2 people. Room is also a capacity of 2 +1 persons. All apartments have a sea view, air condition, are equipped with satellite TV, mini kitchen and private bath. Five suites and a room also have their own balconies. In the offer of our house is parking for all vehicles on private parking lot, boat for fishing trips and barbecue.

Prices for night`s accommodation in the apartment are from 40 € to 60 €, depending on the size of the apartment and the number of people. Overnight stay in a room is 35 €.To 01.07. and from 01.09.
Prices for night`s accommodation in the apartment is of 30 € to 50 €, depending on the size of the apartment and the number of people. Overnight stay in a room is 30 €.
Residence fees are included in all of these prices. To book the accommodation, we receive an advanced payment of 10% of total cost.
Useful Information
Due to the proximity of Split all traffic connections are close: airport 30 km, the marine traffic 8 km, bus station for international transport 8 km, railway station 8 km, distance from the highway 18 km. Near the house (20 m) there is a bus station with direct connection to Split and Omiš. Nearby are the supermarket, bakery, medical clinic, dentist and pharmacy. Podstrana has a rich selection of restaurants and cafes, one of which led by the family Car on the beach - Caffe bar "Cuga." It is important to emphasize that Podstrana has a rich offer of cultural events that are called Podstransko ljeto ("Podstrana summer festival") held every year for past 15 years.
